If you do like to be beside the seaside, then this is the perfect property for you. Expansive sea-facing windows maximise the ever-changing vista. From barbecues on the terrace to sunbathing on the deck and squirreling up in the cosy sitting room in the winter, this is the perfect beach-lovers pad.

Inside

• Style: Seaside chic; white walls and wooden floors combine in this home-from-home beach house.
• Bedrooms: There’s a small bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds on the ground floor which overlooks the front garden. Fantastic sea views can be enjoyed from the three upstairs bedrooms - two doubles and a twin, from which patio doors lead out onto the spacious first floor veranda. There's a downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom at the property.
• For relaxation: Whatever the weather, if it’s chill-out time that you’re looking for, then this is the perfect property in which to do just that. During the winter months the wood burning stove lends a cosy feel to the open plan lounge/diner, whilst the beautiful sun lounge is the perfect place to recline in comfort with a good book whilst taking in the awesome seascapes.
• For recreation: Choose from kiting to beach walking, alternatively just put your feet up and watch the world go by.
• Practicalities:The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with power shower above, whilst downstairs you can rinse off your sand-encrusted toes in the shower-cum-utility room, also home to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside

There’s plenty of room for 3 cars to the front of the property. In the private front garden there’s a patio area, decking and sand garden to relax in. Follow the boardwalk through to the rear garden from which there is direct access to the beach. Take the outdoors route to your bedroom - stairs lead from the patio to the first floor veranda.

Please note; The Suttons is located in a residential area with neighbouring properties either side, it is approached via a private sandy track which may not be suitable for lowered vehicles.

• On the map: Camber lies on the westerns edge of Romney marsh between Rye and Lydd in East Sussex

• By train: The nearest train station is Rye, which is just a couple of miles from Camber

• If you want to feel the wind in your face and a flush in your cheeks, then choose from jet skiing, water skiing, kite and windsurfing as well as horse riding and golf.
• If you feel the need for a massage after a day of strenuous activity, spa treatments can be arranged at the beach house (enquire for further details)
• If you like quaint tea rooms, cobbled streets, antique shops and art galleries, visit Rye, which is located just a couple miles from the property
• Take to the skies at nearby Lydd airport which offers a number of wine and dine flights and day trips.
• It claims to be the smallest public railway in the world – all aboard the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway to visit the old lighthouse at Dungeness.
